Persons Seeking Admission to a Degree Program

Application Procedure

  1. Complete the application forms.
  2. Prepare application materials according to the Application Checklist.
  3. Pay the application fee (non-refundable).
  4. Please use registration page to submit your application:
    https://www.cetsedu.org/cas/login
    After you create online account, you will receive a confirmation mail and follow the instruction to log into the registration page to submit your application.
  5. CETS requires references from a former professor, your pastor, and a friend. (If you graduated from your university more than three years ago, you may submit a second general reference in place of the academic reference.) Please give the appropriate reference form and a return envelope or the email address of the admissions office to those from whom you are requesting references.
  6. The persons completing the forms should mail/email references directly to the admissions office.
  7. Admissions office may interview the applicant if necessary.
  8. Upon receipt of the application package, any previously received application materials are collated, and an individualized file is assembled. At that time, email notification of outstanding application materials is sent to the applicant. Thereafter, the applicant will be updated by the Application Coordinator via email regarding the status of the application. As soon as your application is complete, your file will be submitted to the Admissions Committee for review.
  9. The applicant will be notified of the decision by email/mail.

Application Checklist

  • Application Form
  • Application Fee (¥25 (Chinese Yuan) for people lives in China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, $25 for people lives in other countries/regions)
  • Statement of Applicant's personal testimony
  • All necessary transcripts
    Please request an official transcript from each college or university where you completed six or more semester hours (even if posted on subsequent transcripts). You should specifically request that the transcripts be sent directly to the admissions office at CETS.

  • Academic Reference
  • General Reference
